  • The Mission:
    Ensure that the software solves real-world problems for real people.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Map the Client Onboarding Journey: How does a school move from "Inquiry" to "Live" in 48 hours?
  • Design CRM & Sales Systems: Create the logic that handles teacher interactions, sales checklists, and setup person handovers.
  • Ensure the "Human-Software" bridge is seamless, so the technology scales through its own efficiency.
