Role Overview: Operational Infrastructure Director

  • Target:
    Someone who knows how a "Professional Software House" should actually run.
  • The Mission:
    Transition Ekaakshara from a "Build-Phase Startup" to a "Global Institution" by implementing professional governance.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the DevOps & Process Culture: Git strategies, code-review protocols, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Architect the Communication Layer: Design the automated email/notification logic that keeps clients informed without human effort.
  • Build the "MNC Blueprint" for internal operations, moving the company away from manual notebooks to a fully digital workflow.
Project Status: Active Growth
Core ERP system is stable. Currently onboarding users and refining cloud architecture & documentation.
