Role Overview: Lead Technical Architect & BPM Strategist

  • Target:
    A leader who understands Business Process Management (BPM) and Flow.
  • The Mission:
    Bridge the gap between raw data and enterprise-grade workflows. We have the "Engine" (Laravel/Backend); we need the "Pilot" to design the "Flight Path."
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end Workflow Orchestration for school administrative cycles.
  • Implement Automation Logic that reduces manual teacher/staff interventions by 70%.
  • Govern the "Logical Flow" of data from the UI to the Database, ensuring the system feels like a high-end MNC platform.
  • The Co-Founder Track:
    This role is for someone who wants to move beyond "configuring" existing platforms and wants to Architect a proprietary ecosystem from the ground up.
